ODP-SMEC (OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMFOR SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISE AND COMMERCIAL)

is a specialized fast track program offering rapid career advancement for ambitious and talented fresh graduateds. Following 12 months of intensive training & development you will be assigned as Asisstant Manager of SMEC. You will be responsible to foster beneficial relationship between BII and its most important SMEC Customers and provide recommendation for them to reach their objectives. Since these assigments are crucial to sustain BII's growth in the future, only the best talents are expected to fill this position.

Requirements :

- min. Bachelor's degree

- min. GPA of 2,75

- Strong analytical thinking with good communication & interpersonal skills

- god english

- able to speak mandarin or any other dialects will be an advantage
