Deskripsi Pekerjaan Minimal S1 dari Fakultas Manajemen, Teknik (Industri, Elektro, Mesin, Kimia dan Sipil), Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Informatika, Farmasi, Akuntansi. IPK minimal 3.50 atau diatas 3.00 dengan Prestasi Akademis. Single, usia antara 22-25 tahun. Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (lisan maupun tulisan). Sehat jasmani dan rohani. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan hubungan interpersonal yang baik. Memiliki motivasi, ketangguhan, persistensi serta memiliki keinginan untuk belajar dan berkembang.
