QA/QC Technician
Responsible for the daily QA/QC planning and leads the QA/QC for equipment servicing. He/She performs 1st line troubleshooting on QA/QC process activities and in addition he/ she will write/ revise SOP’s with a view to continually improving performance. He/ she is also involved in the maintenance, calibration and validation of (new) equipment. It is expected that he/ she is able to execute delegated (QA/QC) tasks relatively independently.
Qualifications Required:• Competent supervisory skills.• Good employee interpersonal skills.• Mechanical, machining aptitude.• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.• Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.• Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations.• Good understanding of Non Destructive Testing (NDT level 1&2 certified).• Good knowledge of instrument/ gages calibration method.• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, API standard, BS, DNV, AS/NZS and MIGAS regulations.• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.• Ability to work to tight deadlines.• Ability to work unsupervised.• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.• Mature, independent resourceful and organized.• 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company.
